A note to small-scale  modelers:  You may want to check out all these scales for components that might work for your models.  An oversized window in S or HO Scale may be just what you need for your 1/4" model.  HO railings may work as porch trim for 1/4".  1/4" eave brackets may work as porch trim for 1/2".  Get the idea?
